Pour les organisations canadiennes, ce r\u00e9cit centr\u00e9 sur les \u00c9tats-Unis peut cr\u00e9er de l\u2019incertitude : les entreprises se retirent-elles r\u00e9ellement des initiatives DEI? Les m\u00eames dynamiques se manifestent-elles ici?<\/span><\/p><p>Le portrait mondial raconte toutefois une autre histoire.<\/p><p>En Europe, en Australie, en Asie et ici au Canada les organisations ne s\u2019\u00e9loignent pas de la DEI. Elles r\u00e9\u00e9valuent plut\u00f4t la mani\u00e8re dont elle est d\u00e9finie, mesur\u00e9e et int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans leurs pratiques, tout en maintenant un engagement solide. Dans de nombreuses r\u00e9gions, les organisations et les gouvernements ne se retirent pas de l\u2019inclusion \u2014 ils <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>affinent leurs approches et int\u00e8grent plus profond\u00e9ment la DEI dans leurs modes de fonctionnement, de leadership et de croissance.<\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"en-US\">L\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne continue d\u2019imposer des exigences rigoureuses de divulgation en mati\u00e8re de DEI dans le cadre de la <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">. Bien que certaines obligations r\u00e9glementaires en mati\u00e8re de diversit\u00e9 aient \u00e9t\u00e9 assouplies, la FCA utilise d\u00e9sormais des tableaux de bord internes pour suivre la repr\u00e9sentation des genres et des groupes racis\u00e9s, d\u00e9montrant que la culture organisationnelle et la reddition de comptes demeurent prioritaires<a href=\"#references\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/a>. <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">De grandes entreprises comme <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>HSBC<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> suivent cette tendance en liant la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des dirigeants aux progr\u00e8s en mati\u00e8re de DEI et en int\u00e9grant des indicateurs d\u2019inclusion dans leurs rapports ESG<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"#references\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-8b621b1 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"8b621b1\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-cb80700\" data-id=\"cb80700\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b8fed2e elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b8fed2e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span lang=\"en-US\">En Australie, une nouvelle obligation gouvernementale entr\u00e9e en vigueur en <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>2025<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> exige la divulgation publique des donn\u00e9es sur l\u2019\u00e9cart salarial entre les genres au niveau des employeurs. La <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>Workplace Gender Equality Agency<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> a publi\u00e9 des rapports provenant de plus de <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>7 600 organisations<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">, ce qui a suscit\u00e9 des actions dans de nombreux secteurs<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"#references\"><sup>[4]<\/sup><\/a>.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"en-US\">Des entreprises comme <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>Telstra<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> et <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>Westpac<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> surveillent non seulement l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale, mais int\u00e8grent \u00e9galement la DEI dans la gouvernance des conseils d\u2019administration et dans le d\u00e9veloppement du leadership<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"#references\"><sup>[5]<\/sup><\/a>.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"en-US\">n Asie, plusieurs entreprises associent l\u2019inclusion \u00e0 l\u2019innovation et \u00e0 la croissance des march\u00e9s. Le <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>Diverse Abilities Center d\u2019EY Japon<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> soutient les professionnels neurodivergents gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des pratiques d\u2019embauche sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es et \u00e0 une conception inclusive du travail \u2014 une initiative qui a am\u00e9lior\u00e9 la r\u00e9tention et la satisfaction des employ\u00e9s<\/span><a href=\"#references\"><sup>[6]<\/sup><\/a>.<\/p><p><span lang=\"en-US\">En Inde, <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>Unilever<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> a \u00e9largi ses programmes destin\u00e9s aux femmes qui r\u00e9int\u00e8grent le march\u00e9 du travail et a instaur\u00e9 une planification de la rel\u00e8ve \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e entre les genres \u00e0 tous les niveaux de direction<\/span><a href=\"#references\"><sup>[7]<\/sup><\/a>.<\/p><p><span lang=\"en-US\">Au Canada, l\u2019engagement envers la DEI demeure clair. De nombreuses organisations \u00e9valuent et font \u00e9voluer leurs strat\u00e9gies.
