Bien que ces identit\u00e9s soient associ\u00e9es \u00e0 des histoires, des langues et des exp\u00e9riences culturelles distinctes, elles partagent \u00e9galement des d\u00e9fis communs dans les milieux de travail canadiens \u2014 tels que la sous-repr\u00e9sentation dans les r\u00f4les de leadership, les st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes culturels et les exp\u00e9riences de racisme anti-asiatique.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Un ERG panasiatique offre une approche unifi\u00e9e et inclusive qui reconna\u00eet \u00e0 la fois les exp\u00e9riences communes et uniques au sein de la diaspora asiatique. Il cr\u00e9e une plateforme plus large pour la visibilit\u00e9 culturelle, le soutien mutuel et le plaidoyer collectif. Par exemple, un r\u00e9seau est-asiatique au sein de l\u2019ERG panasiatique, un groupe de professionnels sud-asiatiques comme sous-comit\u00e9 ou un collectif culturel d\u2019Asie du Sud-Est pour une programmation sp\u00e9cifique. Ce mod\u00e8le hybride permet d\u2019assurer l\u2019inclusivit\u00e9 et la durabilit\u00e9 tout en offrant une programmation cibl\u00e9e et un soutien sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 certaines identit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe certaines consid\u00e9rations importantes lorsqu\u2019on envisage un mod\u00e8le de sous-groupes, notamment la taille et les ressources \u2014 il faut se demander si l\u2019organisation dispose d\u2019un nombre suffisant de membres et de leaders pour soutenir plusieurs ERG ou sous-groupes. Un autre aspect est d\u2019\u00e9viter la fragmentation afin de s\u2019assurer que la programmation sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 certaines identit\u00e9s ne cr\u00e9e pas de silos ou d\u2019exclusion. Il permet de cr\u00e9er un espace s\u00e9curitaire pour c\u00e9l\u00e9brer des \u00e9v\u00e9nements, cr\u00e9er un sentiment de communaut\u00e9 et prendre le pouls du sentiment des employ\u00e9\u00b7es.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00c9tapes pour cr\u00e9er un ERG panasiatique<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>On dit souvent que la culture l\u2019emporte sur la strat\u00e9gie; toutefois, une strat\u00e9gie et un plan clairs demeurent essentiels pour b\u00e2tir une base solide et permettre \u00e0 un ERG d\u2019agir comme catalyseur d\u2019une culture positive. Les 4C repr\u00e9sentent : Carri\u00e8re, Communaut\u00e9, Culture et Commerce\/Clients. \u00c0 l\u2019aide de ce cadre, les ERG peuvent d\u00e9finir des th\u00e8mes de programmation align\u00e9s sur ces quatre piliers. Pour les ERG plus r\u00e9cents, il est recommand\u00e9 de se concentrer d\u2019abord sur deux piliers, par exemple Carri\u00e8re et Culture.<\/li>\n<li>Mod\u00e8le de gouvernance : d\u00e9finir la mani\u00e8re dont l\u2019ERG sera dirig\u00e9 et encadr\u00e9. D\u00e9crire la structure et les processus permettant l\u2019alignement avec les objectifs de l\u2019organisation. Inclure les mandats, la planification de la rel\u00e8ve et des lignes directrices claires pour la prise de d\u00e9cision. Il peut \u00eatre pertinent de d\u00e9finir les attentes envers les membres ainsi que celles des personnes occupant des r\u00f4les de direction afin d\u2019assurer un encadrement ad\u00e9quat \u00e0 mesure que l\u2019ERG se d\u00e9veloppe.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9tablir un budget : allouer un financement d\u00e9di\u00e9 pour assurer la durabilit\u00e9 et l\u2019impact de l\u2019ERG. Les c\u00e9l\u00e9brations culturelles constituent une victoire rapide n\u00e9cessitant un budget pour des \u00e9v\u00e9nements en personne. Il est \u00e9galement pertinent de pr\u00e9voir des fonds pour inviter des leaders d\u2019opinion, des intervenants communautaires, des professionnel\u00b7les de l\u2019industrie et des formateurs en leadership culturellement pertinents.
