Duties of the Position |
- Support student leaders to follow Ascend guidelines and requirements when managing their school chapter:
- There are between 2-4 max events
- Proposed event budget has identified revenue sources to cover projected expenses
- Meet with student leaders monthly to provide guidance and track status. Ensure the program plan and lead times will be met. More meetings may be required to guide implementation of larger student events (i.e., speed mentoring conference) as required
- Liaise with Students and Professionals (members from professional chapter who will be speakers, mentors at a student event) – manage communications with Professionals to ensure a positive event experience for Professionals who volunteer.
- Responsibilities shared across RM team supporting the chapter – develop RACI matrix to ensure all RM team members have clear scope/responsibilities
- Participate in monthly RM team meetings with SA Operations and quarterly SA team all-staff meetings
