As Managing Director, Enterprise Private Clients, Grant works with among some of RBC’s most complex clients and their families to provide a single gateway to RBC to create a seamless, integrated, and holistic UHNW experience. He navigates across global jurisdictions and works in partnership with RBC relationship professionals across business lines to bring clients the depth and breadth of RBC expertise and solutions. Grant acts as a steward and advocate on his client’s behalf by reinforcing the client’s best interests and a seamless “One RBC” experience.
Grant began his career in equipment leasing sales before co-founding Qualica Financial Group Inc. in 2000, serving as President and CEO. MCAP Leasing acquired Qualica in May 2006 and RBC subsequently acquired MCAP Leasing in 2010, rebranding it RCAP Leasing. As a member of the executive team, Grant served as the Vice President, Vendor Financial Services Canada responsible for the overall sales strategy, execution and results. Most recently, Grant served as the Vice President, Commercial Financial Services, responsible for the Commercial Banking business in Vancouver specializing in serving Supply Chain, Retail, Hospitality, Mining and Construction clients in addition to the Public Sector and Not-For-Profit markets in British Columbia.
Grant is active in the community. In addition to his support for Covenant House Vancouver, BC Crisis Centre and Coast Mental Health, he currently serves as a Co-Executive Chair for the Mosaic Employee Resource Group in British Columbia and is a member of the Advisory Council for Ascend Canada’s Vancouver Chapter.
