Laura is Director, Communications at TD Securities. In partnership with her team, she leads the internal communication strategy and works closely with stakeholders from across TD Securities and TD Bank to support the goals and objectives of the firm.
Prior to joining TD, Laura worked in various businesses and functions at RBC, including Corporate Communications, HR and Insurance. She has also worked at Trillium Health Partners, Cineplex Entertainment and Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment.
Laura holds a bachelor of journalism from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Master of Communications Management from McMaster University.
Laura joined Ascend Canada in 2020 and currently serves as Vice President, Communications. In this role, she leads a team that drives the communication strategy for Ascend Canada members and volunteers, as well as the social media strategy.
