This survey is intended to gather insights about the experiences of pan-Asian professionals in Canadian workplaces. The survey has been designed by the Ascend Canada Chief Inclusion Officer Forum, a sub-group of Ascend Canada comprised of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion leaders from across a range of business sectors.
Your response to this survey will be anonymous and no data will be able to be traced back to any individual. Data gathered from this survey will be used to report trends and insights about intersectional pan-Asian professionals experiences in the workplace and what employer and employee resource group actions and supports are most effective and valued.
For the purposes of this survey, pan-Asian is very broadly defined as anyone self-identifying as having Asian heritage.
