Pamela Wong is the Head of Affinity, Manulife Canada where she leads the strategy for the Affinity Markets business including health, travel, disability, and creditor insurance products.
She is a member of Manulife’s Canada Leadership Team and Global Leadership Team. Most recently, Pamela was Head of Strategy & Transformation for Manulife Canada where she oversaw the strategic planning, transformation portfolio and change management processes for Manulife Canada.
Pamela has been with Manulife for almost two decades where she has held progressively senior roles across Marketing, Audit Services, Corporate Development, and Strategy. Prior to joining Manulife, she worked at Kraft and Maple Leaf Foods.
Pamela holds a BA in Honors Economics and Political Science from Western University, an MBA from the Ivey Business School, and is a CPA, CMA.
