With a background in HR Management, Usha entered the banking field in 2017 at RBC Royal Bank. She is experienced in advising personal clients with their lending, investment and other banking related needs. She currently works with Small Business owners to help them achieve their goals as a Relationship Manager. Usha is very involved in DE&I initiatives internally and externally and joined Ascend’s Montreal chapter after its launch in 2022 where she holds a place in the committee to support the build of the Marketing and Communications Strategy for Ascend Montreal.
