Ascend Canada Welcomes New President of the Montreal Chapter

Toronto, September, 2022 – Ascend Canada, an organization with the mission to develop and advance pan-Asian professionals, is pleased to announce the appointment of Carin Reggie as President, Montreal Chapter.

In this leadership role, Carin, alongside her dedicated committee, will foster and drive growth of the new chapter while building partnerships in the greater Montreal market and establishing relationships with sponsors, partners, and community leaders. The new Montreal chapter officially opens in November 2022, and joins Toronto and Vancouver as the third geographic professional chapter at Ascend Canada.

Carin brings over 15 years of experience in leading people and large-scale change efforts in Canadian banking and Human Resources. Her experience has led her to develop a passion for employee engagement, organizational change and the future of work.

In addition, Carin is a passionate Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) leader and exemplifies her commitment through her work with Employee Resource Groups, RBC’s Quebec D&I Council and external organizations.

Carin holds a BA in Sociology and Ethnic Relations from Université de Montréal, Masters of Strategic Project Management from Université Laval and an MBA from Université du Québec à Montréal.
