As a seasoned senior leader with 30 years of professional services experience, I have had the privilege of serving clients and being appointed to various management roles leading national service lines, geographies, industries, and operations.
I am passionate about collaborating with others to solve key challenges within the industry and help my clients achieve their strategic goals and priorities. I have worked alongside global and local clients in the public and private sectors across numerous industries including consumer, banking as well as energy and resources.
My core competency is helping my clients manage their risks, governance, and compliance programs with a focus to modernize their control environment and compliance initiatives through emerging technology. In my current role, I lead a team of Audit and Assurance professionals across Canada to serve and support organizations in areas including complex accounting, initial public offering, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reporting, risk & controls, internal audit, and third-party assurance.
As a sponsoring partner for our firm’s Canadian Asian Network (CAN) and as Executive Vice Present and Board member of Ascend Canada, I am committed to support diversity, equity, and inclusion within our firm and community. I also believe in giving back to our profession and communities. I volunteer at CPA Canada on the Audit and Assurance Technology Committee, serve as an Honorary Chair for Walk to Conquer Cancer, and co-lead medical teams to Mully Children’s Family in Kenya, Africa.
